Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with any aspect of the work that we have carried out for you please follow the following complaints procedure.

  1. In the first instance please raise an issue with our office, we will get back to you at the latest within 2 working days (the only deviation is if the office is closed).
  2. In the unlikely event that we have been unable to resolve your issues satisfactorily, please ask our office to raise a complaint, we will look at you issues and propose a resolution within 7 workings days by email (unless the office is closed).
  3. If you are still not satisfied with the outcome of your issue then please contact the appropriate organisation for further advice, this will be one of the following, NAPIT, MCS, RECC, TrustMark.
