Jason is an electronics engineer by trade, working with electricity for over 33 years, 13 of these specifically as a domestic electrician and the other 20 in Telecommunications (RAF, Nokia, EE and others)
His first company was Cambridgeshire Electrical Services Ltd (CES) which he closed to go back to telecoms, recently he decided that his passion was for the diversity of being a domestic electrician. So in 2020, Spaldwick Electrical was born.
Due to global events, we as a country suffered very badly from increased energy prices, it was this event that caused Jason to look more closely at the renewable industry. After a significant amount of investigation he upgraded with the skills and industry golds standard requirements to bring solar and battery to Spaldwick Electrical. As he started to move into more solar installations it became apparent that the Spaldwick Electrical name didn’t quite fit with the future renewable vision. Selec Group was then born (Selec is an abbreviation of Spaldwick ELECtrical), the Spaldwick Electrical name will live on locally for domestic electrical work, but the renewables including Solar and Battery installations will fall under the Selec Solar banner.
Jason prides himself with always completing his jobs with skill and accuracy, being on time and keeping customers up to date with any changes to the schedule. Jason is not happy until the job is completed to the customers satisfaction.
